Estrada Design/Build, Inc. operates on a simple, yet unique philosophy: Customer service, customer service, customer service.  Hands down, this is what sets us apart from the rest.  With a customer referral rating of over 90% and numerous repeat clients we think this speaks for itself.  Our firm has made a commitment to remain a "boutique" style company, focusing on a handful of projects at a time, thereby giving every client our full, undivided attention. Estrada Design/Build, Inc. understands that our clients have many options when choosing a contractor and we take your trust in us very seriously.  Even though we offer this high level of service and pay very close attention to the needs of our clients, our projects are very reasonably priced.


Several years ago we noticed a very real need in our industry. That need was for clients to have access to a “turn-key” company-one that could handle all of their landscape, poolscape and hardscape needs under one roof.  We heard countless complaints from clients about the headaches associated with either hiring numerous contractors to build their projects or hiring general contractors that used nothing but subcontractors. Our vision was to create a company that could meet all of our clients needs in-house.  As a result, we trained our staff and acquired the proper expertise over many years to truly specialize in every aspect of the exterior design/build field. We are a rare type of "turn-key" contractor that has the resources to perform every detail of our client’s projects from fine carpentry and custom pools to masonry, landscapes and much more. Since we are not at the mercy of sub-contractors and their erratic schedules, Estrada Design/Build, Inc. is able to offer quality, craftsmanship and customer service…along with efficiency in completing our projects.

Streamlining how we build our projects was not our only objective. We believe the entire process from the first phone call we receive from a client to long after the project is done, is extremely important. A huge part of "How we work" is related to our design process. Once we have given an initial design consultation and have a firm grip on the scope of work, we enter the design phase.  Upon first meeting with us we will compile ballpark figures for your project based on the scope of work involved. After reviewing this with you and confirming your budget we would sign a "Design/Build Agreement." Our agreement is an expression of our commitment to do an outstanding design for you and for you to trust us with your project and budget. Upon signing this agreement we request an engagement fee of approximately 5 - 10% of the entire project budget (depending on size and scale). Our engagement fee is not an independent design fee. All fees will be credited towards the final cost of your project.  Our objective during the design phase is to exceed our client’s expectations through our cutting edge design style, while incorporating the personal taste of each client.  Our tailored design process typically entails 2 conceptual plan presentations and a final presentation before approval for construction. Feel free to review a few examples of our designs below. We also offer 3D imaging and perspective concepts on larger scale projects to assist in the visualization process.
